Will it work with my phone?

The card supports Apple Find My or Google Find Hub on compatible phones. It connects to one network at a time. Huawei HarmonyOS is not supported.
Is this a GPS tracker?

No. It is a Bluetooth item finder. You can play a sound when it is nearby. Outside Bluetooth range, nearby participating devices can help report its location. Updates are not continuous and depend on network conditions.
Can I use Apple and Android at the same time?

No. Remove the card from the existing finding account before pairing it with the other network. Follow the instructions included with your card.
How do I charge it?

Use a compatible Qi wireless charger. Align the card with the charging area and check that charging has started. Charge before first use. A charger is not included.
Are there monthly subscription fees?

There is no separate monthly subscription for the card’s finding features. You use the supported finding app and network.
How long does delivery take?
